What did you do today? We tried Daylight Donuts in Pleasant Grove (we give them 3 out of 5, and still just don’t understand how hard it is to make a decent donut around here!) on the way to the Freedom Parade in Provo. We got there at 8:30, rained on around 9:15 (it felt so nice), the parade made it to us by 9:30, and we left early at 10. Too hot, too crowded, and we just weren’t feeling it this year. Weird for us – we love a good parade . The rest of our day is being spent gardening, cleaning and packing for our Big Trip.
This is one of the CUTEST pictures I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!! She is just adorable! You should send this into a contest! We barbecued hamburgers on the grill tonight and ate on the patio. SO relaxing !!!!!!!!!! NO rain and that is a miracle after 5 days of rain of and on and mostly on. Rich is on call the entire 3-day week-end so we can’t go anywhere to celebrate, BUT we had fun at home!!!!!! HAPPY 4th OF JUL!!!!!!!!!! LOVE AInsley;s patriotic outfir====SO cute
OH——-the BEST donuts are “Winchell’s Donuts” on the corner of National and Westwood Boulevards———SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
