It’s about time!

In the Salt Lake Tribune today, an update on the store I’ve been waiting for – IKEA is set to open in Draper on May 23!!! 9:00 am!! Of course, I won’t go until at least the first week of June with the crowds they’re expecting, but at least I have a date! The sign that’s been hanging up since we moved here has said “Spring 2007″, and that’s a pretty wide window! Glad to have it pinned down.
How fun. But man, I can’t imagine the zoo on opening weekend!
I’ve been wondering about when it would open. I’m glad it will be open in time for our trip to Utah! We’ll have to leave the kids with the hubbies and have a shopping extravaganza!
Congrats! They do have fun stuff there in Ikea but I never go because I get dizzy there for some reason.
Neat! I didn’t know that there was one opening in Draper. Next time I visit my parent’s house I will have to take a look.

I’ve yet to visit an Ikea but they’re legendary. Someday we’ll get one up here. Someday . . .
